If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License & Restrictions
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on NanyukiNow for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

3. Nyuki AI (Chatbot) Usage Terms
Nyuki is an artificial intelligence tool provided for convenience and discovery. By using Nyuki, you acknowledge that:
- AI Limitations: AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated. NanyukiNow is not liable for decisions made based on Nyuki’s output.
- Prohibited Prompts: You may not use the chatbot to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content.
- No Professional Advice: Nyuki does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. All recommendations for local services should be verified independently.
4. User Accounts & Listings
To access certain features (like adding a listing or the "Listen-to-Earn" dashboard), you may be required to create an account.
- Accuracy: You must provide current, complete, and accurate information.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Content Ownership: By posting a listing, you grant NanyukiNow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute said content across our marketing channels.
5. The "Nanyuki Gold List" & Content Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence, the business listings, events, and services (Eats, Stays, Shopping, etc.) on NanyukiNow are provided "as is".
- NanyukiNow does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
- Verification of a listing ("Verified Status") indicates that the business has met our internal criteria at the time of verification but does not serve as an ongoing guarantee of service quality.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NanyukiNow or its parent organization be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NanyukiNow, even if a NanyukiNow authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

NanyukiNow has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by NanyukiNow. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
